Settings: Showed the settings context above organization settings - #113

Conversation
Personal and site administration settings open with GitHub's settings context (avatar, name, what the settings are for, and a button to the profile), but organization settings showed the organization's profile header with Follow and Open dashboard. They now use the same context: the organization's avatar, name and login, "Organization", and a Profile button. The old header rules for these pages are removed.
