Closes #293 (rewritten: icon with its name directly below, not icon-only). Refs #287.

  • Settings keep the single wide column; each tile shows the icon plus a short name under it (explicit short labels for the items that lacked one: Tela cheia, Apagar posições, Giroscópio, Controle ativo, Sem perfil, Atualizações). The value is not in the tile: the focused tile's reading area shows "Name: value" large + what it does, and a hover tooltip carries the same. IconOnly renamed IconGrid; the separate icon-only tile code is gone.
  • Sounds: re-picked for a softer, rounder, console-like character (user request): rollover5 (UI Audio) for move, glass_002 / maximize_009 (rising) / back_002 (Interface Sounds), all CC0 Kenney; tools/make-sounds.py now trims, low-passes at 6.5 kHz (takes off harsh highs), fades and equalizes. PS5 audio is only a stylistic reference; none used. Both licences are in assets/sounds and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. Chosen by spectral/pitch analysis, not by ear.
  • Tests: every tile has a short label without value; navigation test renamed. Docs/CHANGELOG (both) updated.
