fix(intent): load skill content and resolve package references - #1459
This makes registry skill pages work when opened directly and keeps their reference links pointed at the published package.
AI review notes:
The skill loader read the package query cache before the parallel parent loader necessarily filled it, so a direct visit could leave the content panel empty. It now waits for the existing package query.
Package references such as references/create-table-hook.md and ../table-state/SKILL.md were being treated as site documentation routes. Registry Markdown now resolves those relative links against the same versioned source URL used by its Source link. Other Markdown consumers keep their existing routing behavior.
Validation: six Markdown link tests pass. An isolated fixture using the exact loader and query options with the real QueryClient reproduces the old empty-cache failure and verifies cold loads, a pending parent query, pinned versions, and missing packages with mocked server reads. The actual Markdown renderer, with unrelated embeds stubbed, produces the expected reference URLs, and a browser click opens the published reference document. Full repository tests passed. A full-app preview check is still needed before merging.

New Features
Relative links in skill documentation now resolve from the skill’s source location, including parent-directory paths and fragments. External HTTPS links remain unchanged, and unsafe JavaScript links are not clickable.
Markdown links can now resolve relative to a provided base URL.
Bug Fixes
Skill detail pages now load current package details before selecting the skill version, helping ensure the displayed source link and documentation match the latest version.
Malformed relative links render without a clickable destination.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.

Walkthrough
The skill detail route now loads package details before loading version-specific skills. It supplies a published skill-file URL to Markdown, which uses the URL to resolve relative links.

Summary
Markdown link resolution src/components/markdown/Markdown.tsx, src/components/markdown/MarkdownLink.tsx, tests/markdown-link.test.ts
Markdown accepts an optional linkBaseUrl and passes it to MarkdownLink. Relative links resolve against that URL; heading anchors remain plain anchors. Tests cover relative paths, parent-directory paths, fragments, HTTPS links, javascript: links, and malformed relative references.
The loader ensures package details are available before loading skills for the active version. The page computes a source URL when the skill has a path and uses it for the source link and Markdown renderer.

Full details: Title check
Explanation
The title "fix(intent): load skill content and resolve package references" matches the main change. The raw summary shows the route loader now ensures package-detail query data is loaded before reading the latest version's skills. It also shows MarkdownLink resolves relative package references against the versioned source URL. The objectives confirm both goals. The title is specific, uses a conventional commit prefix, and is 62 characters long. It does not cover malformed-reference tolerance or the Markdown linkBaseUrl API, which is acceptable for a title.

The current tests cover MarkdownLink URL resolution, but not Markdown with linkBaseUrl. Render Markdown content containing a relative link and assert the published URL. This test will detect a regression where LinkElement stops forwarding linkBaseUrl to MarkdownLink without implying that the current implementation fails.

Rebase raw HTML anchors for published skills.
linkBaseUrl affects parsed Markdown links only. With allowHtml: true, an anchor such as <a href="references/setup.md"> bypasses LinkElement and remains relative. Rebase raw HTML anchor href values against linkBaseUrl before injection, or disable raw HTML for published skill content if it is not required.

The malformed link case is fixed. This keeps the change focused on Markdown references; raw HTML links still use the existing rendering path.
AI review notes:
A regression test reproduced the render exception from a malformed relative destination before the fix. The link now renders as text without an href, while valid package references still resolve normally. The full Markdown renderer fixture also passed with the malformed destination.
The raw HTML example does remain relative, but that behavior predates this PR. No affected published skill has been identified in this investigation. Disabling HTML would change existing content rendering, and adding an HTML transformation pipeline would broaden this fix. That limitation is recorded for a separate change when an affected skill establishes the required behavior.
