Skip blank cells in add_plate_info

  • Treat None, NaN, empty and whitespace-only cells as missing
  • Leave blank plate names out instead of writing NaN to the JSON
  • Validate only non-blank plate positions, so a partly blank column no longer fails with the "must start with A-H" error
  • Add tests for blank cells and for a bad value mixed in with blanks
