Summary

  • Adds View → Always on Top on every main menu, using the existing IDM_ALWAYSONTOP command.
  • Toggling it sets or clears WS_EX_TOPMOST on the main window and checks the menu item.
  • The choice is session-only. Options is not reordered, retyped, or updated.

Test plan

  • Open View and confirm Always on Top is present and unchecked at startup.
  • Toggle it and confirm the main window stays above other windows, then toggle it off.
  • Switch pages and confirm the checkmark follows the session choice.
  • Restart and confirm the previous choice was not restored from the registry.

Toggle WS_EX_TOPMOST from the View menu with IDM_ALWAYSONTOP and a checkmark. The choice lasts for the session and is not written into Options.

View → Always on Top is session-only, so the registry setter had no caller and failed clippy.
