When the receiver is already a string and has a non-identity string.toString() extension, such as one returning this + "!", this equality succeeds and offers to rewrite "x" + s.toString() as "x" + s. However, implicitToStringForConcatOperand explicitly skips WurstTypeString, so the rewritten expression never invokes that function and changes its result. Only report redundancy when removing the call would actually trigger the same implicit conversion, and cover this receiver case with a regression test.
