docs: bring the English framework and runtime docs up to date - #54

Model entries gain a Provider Routes section: route facts including the new thinking value always for models whose thinking cannot be turned off, route request defaults, thinking blocks across agents and input_transformations, and the options.request passthrough.
Covers llm 0.5.14, agent 0.5.11, session 0.6.19, dataflow 0.7.35 and runtime v0.3.57a. Corrects stale pages and adds what changed since they were written.

Brings the English docs up to date with llm 0.5.14, agent 0.5.11, session 0.6.19, dataflow 0.7.35 and runtime v0.3.57a. Includes #53's provider route docs, so #53 can close when this merges.

YAML samples parse, Lua names were scanned against the source, and local links and anchors resolve. Examples were not run against live services. Page histories surfaced 414 of the 694 runtime commits since September, and selected behavioural changes were checked against the code, so this is not an exhaustive history review. Translations are not updated.
