Branches: Matched GitHub's branches page and branch tables - #106

The branches page follows GitHub's: a "Branches" heading with New branch, a full-width search, then the default branch and the other branches in tables with Branch, Updated, Check status, Behind | Ahead and Pull request columns. Branch names use GitHub's branch label (shared with the pull request header), pull requests show their state icon and number, and each row ends with Delete (or Restore) and a menu holding Forgejo's create, rename, download and feed actions. The commit, branch and tag counters GitHub does not show here are gone. On phones the table keeps the name, pull request and actions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
