Stacked on #101 (feat/settings-github); merge that first.

What changes

GitHub shows a repository's name, visibility and Watch/Fork/Star only on the code home. Every other repository page (branches, commits, labels, milestones, wiki, activity, packages, compare, forks, the editor) starts 24px below the tabs. The theme showed the row on most of those pages and hid it with page rules on a few others (releases, tags, the commit page, projects).

  • repo/header now renders nothing; Forgejo still calls it from every repository page.
  • The title row moves to repo/home_header, which repo/home and repo/empty render. repo/empty is Forgejo 17's template with only that call changed, so an empty repository still shows its name and actions.
  • The per-page rules that hid the row are gone, and releases and tags drop the top padding that made up for it.
  • Repository pages get GitHub's 24px top gap at the same specificity as Forgejo's 16px rule, so layouts that set their own (the issue sidebar) are unchanged.

Before and after

Dark mode, in the dev preview at 1316px.

Checks

  • bun run bundle, bunx vitest run (407 tests) and Prettier pass on this branch. bun run lint fails on dev too, because typescript-eslint does not support the installed TypeScript 7.
  • The pull request workflow runs only for pull requests into dev, so these checks ran locally.
  • Checked in the dev preview at desktop and phone width, in dark and light mode.
