Docs alignment + a runnable offline demo (v0.14.1)
Makes the project easy to try and reads like a human wrote it.

examples/demo.mjs— an offline, end-to-end walkthrough. It spawns the realserver with the built-in mock provider (
CEAUTO_MOCK_LLM=1) and drivesboot -> delegate -> heartbeat cycle -> metrics -> insights over MCP, with no API
key and zero spend. State lands in a throwaway workspace (
CEAUTO_WORKSPACE),never in the repo.
