I explain infrastructure and AI to the people who run it. Technical product marketing, based in Madrid.
Over twenty years in enterprise infrastructure, eleven of them in technical marketing. I started out teaching AIX and WebSphere, then worked as a solution architect and an OpenStack cloud architect at Canonical. From there I moved into technical marketing at Red Hat (Ansible, Satellite, CloudForms), Microsoft and SUSE (Rancher, NeuVector).
Then came Web3: Chainlink, Parity (Polkadot), Polygon (zkEVM and CDK) and Algorand, where I was Head of Product Marketing. At Algorand we took monthly active developers from 186 to 440 in under a year.
Today I work independently on Kubernetes, cloud and AI agents.
What I tinker with
- Kubernetes on AWS, mostly EKS
- Self-hosted AI: Ollama, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent
- Agentic workflows built on Claude Code
- Small scripts that fix my own annoyances (yes, including calendar sync)
What I believe Positioning is the product strategy, not a messaging exercise you do after launch. Developer communities beat any campaign. And technical content should survive an engineer reading it.
