The ignore rule let TypeScript 6.0.x through because @angular/compiler-cli 21 takes <6.1, but
@angular-devkit/build-angular, @ngtools/webpack and ng-packagr 21 take >=5.9 <6.0: #110
(6.0.3) failed npm ci with ERESOLVE. TypeScript majors now wait for the Angular toolchain.
