Thanks Emma, this reads well. Most of it checks out against the app: who can create, statuses, Retire, Duplicate, Delete, critical email, late joiners, audit, and the inbox labels. Three lines don't match what's on screen, though:
manage-announcements.qmd:40: the button is Create Draft, not Save Draft (settings.announcements.action.createDraftin the frontend copy). The PR body's label list has the same slip.customize-your-dashboard.qmd:223andmanage-platform-notifications.qmd:110: the My Inbox widget does have filters and bulk selection now. Frontend #2952 (merged Sep 24) brought the drawer's Filter menu, chips, checkboxes and selection bar to the widget. Suggest saying it has the same filters, selection and per-item actions as the sidebar inbox.manage-platform-notifications.qmd:74: Mark all as read is a toolbar button next to Filter, not in a ⋮ menu. It also only marks the loaded unread updates that match the current filters, not every update. Maybe: "To mark all loaded updates as read, click Mark all as read in the toolbar above the list."
Small, optional:
manage-platform-notifications.qmd:50(older than this PR): older updates load as you scroll. Load more only shows when filters hide everything loaded so far.manage-announcements.qmd:23: Info and Warning differ in icon and color (blue vs yellow tint).
One question, not for this PR: live Info/Warning announcements are also pinned (just below critical), while the in-app help says "Only Critical is pinned". I'll raise that on the product side; the docs can stay as they are.
Adds a Manage announcements page (Settings > Announcements: levels, lifecycle, create, schedule, publish now, retire, duplicate, delete, critical email) and registers it in the sidebar and the Managing your organization listing. Adds the Announcements update type and the Critical announcements email event to the platform notifications page, and the My Inbox widget to the dashboard widget docs. …d My Inbox widget Rewrites the filter, mark-as-read and dismiss steps for the redesigned Inbox rows (sc-18373: Update type and Show filters with chips, hover-to-select checkboxes, selection bar, Mark all as read, Restore, opening an update marks it read) and adds an Add My Inbox to your dashboard section (sc-18336). Replaces the placeholder wording with one bullet per widget, using the labels from the Add Widget picker (Model Artifacts, Activity Feed, My Inbox). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

From Luis Pallares's review: the create button is Create Draft; the My Inbox widget has the same filters and selection as the sidebar inbox (frontend #2952); Mark all as read is a toolbar button that marks only the loaded updates matching the current filters; older updates load on scroll, with Load more shown when filters hide everything loaded; Info and Warning levels differ in color as well as icon. Product decision after Luis Pallares's review: the Inbox pins every live announcement above other updates, Critical first (backend _announcement_pin_rank, frontend splitPinnedAnnouncements). Only the no-dismiss rule and the email are Critical-only. The in-app help text is being corrected in the frontend to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Thanks @panchicore , all five applied: Create Draft, the widget's filters and selection (#2952), Mark all as read as a toolbar action on the loaded updates, load-on-scroll with Load more, and the level colors. The PR body label list is fixed too. On pinning, I'm making the product call now rather than leaving it open: pinning stays as built. Every live announcement is pinned above other updates, Critical first, and only the no-dismiss rule and the email are Critical-only. I've updated both pages here to say that, and opened validmind/frontend#2983 (sc-18732) to correct the page description and Level help text in Settings so the app says the same thing. Would appreciate your eyes on that one as well. Ready for another look when you have a minute. |

🌮
All three fixed (Create Draft, widget filters and selection, Mark all as read in the toolbar, loaded only), plus the scroll/Load more and the blue/yellow levels. The pinned wording now matches the app and frontend #2983. Thanks!
