…oint does empty_placeholders reports a placeholder holding only whitespace and warns of the stray bullet PowerPoint draws for it; with ooxml-common 0.13.0 the render draws it too, and a placeholder of empty paragraphs still renders nothing. CI installs ooxml-common from its gaps-ws-bullet branch until uvrt/ooxml-common#24 is merged (TEMPORARY).
