Chart formatting through the library and edit_chart; golden p15 - #11

slide.add_chart takes radar_filled and bubble, category_order, gridlines and bubble_scale; Chart finds a series and a point by name and label as series_named and category_index do; edit_chart's handler runs the new formatting actions and add's scale and gridlines. Golden p15: a maturity gap chart and an effort-against-impact bubble matrix labelled R1-R6, 10 calls, 28/28. The every-definition guard rises to 11,200 (11,113), the core unchanged.
