I'm not sure if we want to have test for non-production. Also this is just someone's prefer.

Removed the standalone Markdown version test. Kept the version checks in the existing manpage integration tests, which exercise the actual binary.

Use the package version in generated Markdown badges and manpage VERSION sections, displaying v0.13.0 instead of v(uutils coreutils) 0.13.0. Preserve utility --version output.
