Redesign the landing page; fix sticky-nav overlap - #7

The nav was translucent and shared a z-index with main, so scrolled content bled through and collided with it. The nav is now opaque with a higher z-index, sections have scroll-margin-top, and the hero has clear top spacing. The rest of the page is restyled: new type scale and tokens, terminal-style install card, numbered quickstart steps, tinted cards, accessible tables, skip link, lazy-loaded screenshots. Content, section ids, asset paths, alt text, and the copy-button behaviour are unchanged. Verified no horizontal overflow at 320/360/768/1280 and anchors land below the nav.

Fixes the nav overlapping/bleeding into content and restyles the page. Content, section ids, asset paths, alt text, and copy-button behaviour unchanged. Verified: no horizontal overflow at 320/360/768/1280, anchors land below the nav, docs/index.html syncs, webui test passes.
