Problem: setFramebufferSizeCallback(window, onResize) fails with type mismatch in Nim devel branch

Root cause: staticglfw defines FrameBufferSizeFun with cint parameters, but fidget's onResize callback uses int32:

Nim devel branch introduced a stricter backend type alias check (nim-lang/Nim#25617): cint (which carries {.importc: "int".}) and int32 (a plain Nim type) are now considered distinct in proc parameter types, even though cint is defined as = int32.
Fix: Change the parameter type from int32 to cint in onResize:

proc onResize(handle: staticglfw.Window, w, h: cint) {.cdecl.} =

Same cint fix applies to any other callback in base.nim that mismatches a staticglfw callback type (e.g. onFocus, onSetKey, onScroll, onMouseButton, onMouseMove — verify their signatures match the staticglfw callback type definitions).
