Summary

Verified registry wheel → acceptance/.venv → fixture and subprocess checks

Before: Registry acceptance started in a uv cache environment while its subprocess fixture expected acceptance/.venv/bin/python.
After: The release job explicitly installs the downloaded wheel into the harness environment outside the checkout.

Door: Two-way CI correction.

Blast Radius: Published preview acceptance. The release tag and wheel stay immutable.
