Prep for listing the composite action on GitHub Marketplace, where the landing page renders the README:

  • README: new "Use it as a GitHub Action" section after the CLI quick start — the PR-gate snippet (thossullivan/model-eol@v0), the via: distributor option, and a pointer to the full two-gate example workflow. Until now the action's only usage documentation was examples/workflows/model-eol.yml.
  • SECURITY.md: points at GitHub private vulnerability reporting (enabled on the repo) and states the real threat surface: untrusted scanned content, feed integrity, and the bot's privilege split.

No code changes. The check.mjs stdout-flush fix rides separately.

The Marketplace landing page renders the README, which documented only the
npx and clone paths; the composite action existed since v0 with its only
usage example buried in examples/. SECURITY.md points at GitHub private
vulnerability reporting (enabled) and states the actual threat surface.
