WHY THIS MATTERS: Routine CDN signed URL rotation across 55 support articles. Intercom's image hosting uses time-limited signed URLs (
expires+signaturequery params); when they near expiry the fetcher picks up the refreshed versions. Zero content changed — same articles, same text, same images, just new tokens. Archive freshness only.HIGHLIGHTS:
