Summary
Epic: port the 48 agents in affaan-m/everything-claude-code/agents into a set of generic Tank agent atoms, grouped by role rather than by language.
Generic-first taxonomy
Collapse language-specific agents into role-based generics where possible. Only keep language-specific agents when the role genuinely differs by ecosystem.
