J3 becomes a two-phase journey: the host driver runs the real scorecard aggregate CLI and records it; the sandboxed test decodes the record. Restack repair: assemble keys cells by row and side (DuplicateCell refused at decode, #18), the codec decodes ratstackSupport, and the journey manifest decodes through the shared combinators
