Power electronics and EMC engineer. Papers and utility-model patents on conducted emission from switching converters (2015–2019); since then, industrial power and telecommunications systems at a gas production facility. Open to research and engineering work in power electronics, EMC and machine condition monitoring; relocation and remote work are possible.
Everything here is open research with the full record kept: the constraints first, then the decisions, then what broke and how it was corrected. Results come last.
- motor-fault-diagnosis — physics-first fault diagnosis of an induction motor on the public ZZU-MCC5 dataset: healthy baseline, broken rotor bar by motor current signature analysis, rotor unbalance by vibration. Negative controls run, wrong runs kept.
- conducted-emissions-lab — a home pre-compliance bench for conducted emissions, 150 kHz – 30 MHz, built to re-test my own published claims. LISN, limiter, electronic load, bench background, and an error log as part of the record.
- basement-model — wiring, ventilation and three-level control of a basement room: hardwired interlocks, a programmable relay, an AI that may only request. 16 drawing sheets and an interactive 3D model.
- decision-logic-lab — the research log that ties the experiments together, with the YouTube channel.
