The GitHub stargazer API restrictions have broken the star history chart in the README. Point the chart to the star-history.dera.page alternative, which uses a token-free data source, so it renders correctly again.

The current star history chart no longer renders because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This change switches the chart over to a working alternative that needs no API token, restoring the star growth graph in the README.
