This pull request updates the project to use Go version 1.27.1 and refreshes several dependencies and CI tools for improved security and compatibility. The most significant changes are grouped below.

Go version and dependency updates:

  • Upgraded go.mongodb.org/mongo-driver/v2 from v2.8.2 to v2.9.1 in go.mod
  • Updated several indirect dependencies in go.mod, including github.com/klauspost/compress, golang.org/x/crypto, golang.org/x/net, golang.org/x/sync, golang.org/x/sys, and golang.org/x/text to their latest versions [1] [2]
  • Updated replace directive for github.com/elazarl/goproxy to version v1.9.1 in go.mod

CI/CD and tooling updates:

  • Upgraded SonarCloud action from v8.2.1 to v8.2.2 in .github/workflows/master.yml and .github/workflows/sonar.yml [1] [2]
  • Updated Vulnerability Check (govulncheck) from version v1.7.0 to v1.8.0 in .github/workflows/master.yml, .github/workflows/sonar.yml, and Makefile, and updated the installed commit hash accordingly [1] [2] [3]

These changes ensure the project uses the latest stable Go version, benefits from recent bug fixes and security patches in dependencies, and maintains up-to-date CI/CD tooling.
