Outcome
After A5 lands, import its real Operation Admission behavior into Provider CI.
Run exact artifacts as separate processes over the Unix socket. Cover accepted-new, resolved-existing, lost response, identical concurrency, changed-content conflict, schema and readiness rejection, deadlines, expiry, stale fencing, restart, and exactly one dispatch. Only compatibility corrections are allowed; new semantics require a Protocol change.
