Gates: install→terminal <60 s; reconnect <3 s p90; ≥95 % continuation across the NAT matrix; passkey matrix green; zero raw errors.
Order: U1 → R3 → R1 → N1 → U3 → R2 → N2 → N3 → U2 → P1 → P2 → B1 → B2 (P3 audit in parallel).

Progress: U1 (#60), U3 (#61), R3 (#64), R1 (#65+#66), N1 (#67) merged — 6/13 slices. Now in flight: R2 (warm multi-machine SPA) and U2 (tmux bootstrap). Next after those: N2, N3, then P/B tracks.

Progress: 10/13 merged — U1 U2 U3 (first minute), R1 R2 R3 (feel), N1 N2 (care), B1 (mechanics), plus the plan. In flight: P2 netsim (#71), N3 error taxonomy (next). Then B2. P1 (passkey matrix) needs real devices; P3 (audit commissioning) is Fredrik's.

v0.8.0-beta.1 is cut. 13/13 buildable slices merged (#59 #60 #61 #64 #65 #66 #67 #70 #72 #75 #76 #78 #80 #81 #82 #84 #86). Netsim-measured: attach 0.2–1.3 s, resume 2.56 s direct / 3.00 s TURN (gate met; #85 tracks relayed margin). Release: prerelease with 15 signed assets.
Remaining, needs Fredrik: P1 passkey matrix on real devices (docs/beta-checklist.md is the hand-out), P3 audit commissioning (docs/audit-scope.md), Lightsail SPA/relay redeploy so term.sourceful-labs.net serves the beta web app.

v0.8.0-beta.2 cut (U4, #88): channel-aware updates — a prerelease build now resolves the highest semver including prereleases (betas graduate to newer stables by themselves; stable opts in via
mir update --pre/MIR_CHANNEL=beta); once-a-day update notice onmir;mir updatealias; tmux-style shortsa/ls/id; stale copy fixed. Smoke-verified: the beta.2 binary's self-update resolves its own channel. v0.8.0-beta.4 cut — G1 session sharing complete (#100 grant crypto w/ Go↔JS vector + Python cross-check, #101 share/join bootstrap, #102 enforcement core w/ adversarial tests, #103 CLI surface, #104 web join + ro guard, #105 docs). SECURITY.md now carries the sharing threat model verbatim from the spec. The invisible-tmux redesign (spec #89) is fully shipped: one transport (attach 17 ms open / 12 ms LAN), warm pre-attach, mir overview, grouped sessions, decentralized sharing. Remaining: P1 passkey matrix (Fredrik), P3 audit (Fredrik), Lightsail redeploy (Fredrik), v2 items per the G1 spec's out-of-scope list.
