Tag v0.6.58 (bfba7ed) was cut before fix(odbc) #61 merged, so crates.io 0.6.58 predates the ODBC statement-cache fix. Main then bumped to 0.6.58 again with the fix included, leaving two different '0.6.58' contents and downstream (SQLPage PR transact-rs#1501) resolving to the stale published artifact, where every ODBC query runs through SQLExecDirect and the statement cache stays empty. 0.6.59 republishes current main, including #61, under a fresh version so downstream picks up the fix.
