The Linux job builds for the default GNU host but uploads the binary as
cargo-sqlx-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl. Vendoring OpenSSL does not change the libc target, so that artifact can fail on musl-only systems despite its name.Label it as GNU, smoke-test each built binary with
cargo-sqlx sqlx --version, and fail the upload step if the artifact is missing.Validation: built cargo-sqlx locally with the committed lockfile; its version invocation succeeds, and
file/readelfconfirm the GNU ELF interpreter/lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2. Local compilation used system OpenSSL. YAML and diff checks passed. Windows execution remains covered by the CI matrix.
