Linked chart points with numeric or date X values had no tooltip link when there was no text X title to link. The existing ApexCharts Y formatter now links its formatted value, including in pie and scatter tooltips.
Validation:
npm run format,npm test,npm run build, and 50 chart Playwright tests.
