# Infrastructure project status

**As of 2026-09-16, with 2026-10-01, 2026-10-02 (three) and 2026-10-05

- Two callers remain by decision: `crazy-larry` and
`nightowlstudiollc/networth-agent`. Both still require the check. Delete
the reusable file when the last caller is gone.
**Correction 2026-10-05:** that list was incomplete. `reliquarist` and
`nightowlstudiollc/.github` (plus its workflow template) also still
called it; both retired 2026-10-05. `kebab-tax` and `kebab-tax-netlify`
still call it, out of scope until after the stop.
- `CLAUDE_CODE_OAUTH_TOKEN` is deleted from dev-env. Every other caller
repo keeps it for `claude.yml`.
- `claude-code-action` is at 1.0.237 (`github-workflows#177`,

(no patched release, build-time only) are baselined with a 2026-11-05
review date.

**2026-10-05 afternoon update:**

- **Untriaged backlog found and sorted.** 40 issues opened 09-25 to 10-05
in the tooling repos (daily-work finds) had never reached the board,
which does not auto-add. Each was checked against the current code:
3 were already fixed or superseded and are closed (`claude-config#598`,
`#602`, `dev-env#62`); the rest are on the board. Board: Done 74,
Parked 110, Todo 3.
- **Fixed and merged:**
- `claude-config#678`: after 3 consecutive blocked commit reviews on a
branch (`review.maxAttempts`), the hook refuses before reviewing,
still blocks, and tells the agent to stop and hand back. A human resets
it with the printed `rm`. Advances `#646` (the chunked-pass
pre-existing-tier check remains) and `#645` (the turn-limit env vars
were not set: a global `CLAUDE_CODE_MAX_TURNS` would also cap the
review hook's own reviewers).
- `claude-config#677` closes `#650` and `#651`: `SKIP=` on `git commit`
or `pre-commit run` is blocked, and leading `NAME=value` assignments no
longer hide a commit on main.
- `dotfiles#401` closes `#366`: an unattended `brew upgrade --formula`
failure now notifies FAILED with the first error line, later steps
still run, and `updates` returns 1 instead of reporting success.
- `nightowlstudiollc/reliquarist#104` and `nightowlstudiollc/.github#26`
retire the leftover CI reviewer callers (see the correction above).
- **Todo (3):** `claude-config#646` and `#645` remainders, and
`github-workflows#178` (bump the deprecated reviewer's model; recommended
close in favor of retiring the last callers).
- **Resume note for the newly Parked items**, grouped so one PR covers each
group. Re-verify against the code before starting; this was measured
2026-10-05.

| Group | Issues | Size |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Tests that skip silently | claude-config#591, #649; dotfiles#400 | S |
| Merge-lock | claude-config#658, #597, #672, #676 | S each |
| Large single-line generated files block merge | claude-config#612 | M |
| gh-wrapper | dotfiles#365, #374, #383 | M |
| Gate-parser holes | claude-config#603, #627, #634, #637 | M |
| CodeQL sweep (dotfiles, dev-env not configured) | dev-env#166 | M |
| Docs, cleanups | claude-config#596, #611, #642, #644, #652 | S |
| Docs, cleanups | dotfiles#371 | S |
| Needs a decision | claude-config#625, #657, #659, #669 | L/none |
| Needs a spec | dotfiles#379, #380 | M-L |

`claude-config#659` (OS isolation plus server-side rules) would make the
gate-parser group and `#658` moot; decide it before investing there.
