Screen might get crowded with pop ups

When opening Facebook on Chrome three pop ups come up (chrome secure passwort request, facebook desktop notifications, and ROSE) and a black screen is over the window.

@LKocksch Can you specify the black screen window? It does not happen to me, so I need some more info.

Can not reproduce the black screen window on Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit).

However, still three pop ups when logging into Facebook.
