ubuntu-latest moved to 26.04 without a PR. Pinned runners make the next move a Renovate PR we can test. The builder now follows go.mod with an alpine tag. Refs: MK8S-516
The job only ran go mod tidy: make test-e2e is commented out, and the repo has neither an e2e suite nor a test-e2e target yet. It was green without testing anything. Skip it so the check shows as skipped, and keep the workflow for when the suite lands. Refs: MK8S-516

ubuntu-latestmoved to 26.04 without any PR, and two e2e suites broke on our side. This pins what Renovate can't follow yet, and stops an e2e job from showing green while it tests nothing.Review guide

What changes
test.ymlandtest-e2e.ymlrun onubuntu-26.04, like the other workflows of the repo.golang:1.27.3-alpine@sha256:...: the tag now followsgo.mod, so the golang group bumps it. No version in the alpine suffix, since Renovate keeps the suffix and the tag disappears with the next alpine.test-e2ejob is skipped (if: false) until there is a suite. It only rango mod tidy:make test-e2eis commented out, and there is no e2e suite nortest-e2etarget yet. The workflow stays, so turning it back on is two lines once MK8S-278 lands.Testing
