This PR rebuilds the SExI SQL setup on Trino memory schema and adds automated validation for the largest expensors report.
What’s Included
Added employee schema + seed data from HR index.
Added expense schema + seed data from receipts.
Added supplier/invoice schemas + seed data from invoice files.
Added manager-cycle detection query using recursive CTE.
Added largest expensors report query (> 1000 threshold).
Added supplier monthly payment plan query.
Added pytest-based automated test coverage for largest expensors query.
Added test dependencies and run instructions under tests/.

Validation
Local run command: python -m pytest -q tests
Result: passing when Docker/Trino container is available; test fixture skips gracefully if Docker restart is unavailable.
Notes
Query files are written to run in Trino with USE memory.default.
Test suite executes multi-statement SQL files statement-by-statement for compatibility with Trino client execution.
