- pipeline create: add --stage (-s, repeatable) to set custom stage names, defaulting to Integration/UAT/Staging/Production when omitted - pipeline create: remove unsupported --description flag (Connect API rejects it) - pipeline update: replace --active/--no-active with mutually exclusive --activate and --deactivate flags Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
