build(deps): update outdated dependencies - #97

Bump next and @next/eslint-plugin-next to 16.4.3, maplibre-gl to 6.16.0, lucide-react to 1.61.0, typescript-eslint to 8.72.0, shadcn to 4.22.1 and tsdown to 0.23.2. typescript stays on 6.0.3, the last 6.x release. typescript-eslint 8.72.0 still peer-requires typescript <6.1.0, and next 16.4.3 still loads the compiler from typescript/lib/typescript.js, which TS 7 does not export.
Run pnpm dedupe so transitive dependencies resolved at two versions collapse onto the newer one already in the lockfile. Each replacement stays inside the range its dependent declares. This removes 16 stale copies, including older browserslist, caniuse-lite, postcss, zod and @babel/parser/types versions.

pnpm outdated -rlisted eight packages behind their latest release. next 16.4.3 came out on 2026-10-23, after the last weekly Dependabot run, so main is still on 16.4.2.Changes
