Switches code style from StyleCI to spiral/code-style (php-cs-fixer, non-risky rules) over src and tests.

  • composer cs:diff / composer cs:fix scripts; the fixer cache lives in runtime/, which is now git-ignored.
  • Fix Code Style workflow (shared spiral/gh-actions cs-fix on PHP 8.4) commits fixes back to the pushed branch.
  • The style: commit is formatting only (trailing commas, empty bodies, setUp() moved after the tests); the test suite passes locally.
