• Adds spiral/code-style with .php-cs-fixer.dist.php (src, tests, cache in runtime/, non-risky rules) and composer cs:diff / composer cs:fix.
• Adds the Fix Code Style workflow (spiral/gh-actions cs-fix, PHP 8.4) and drops the StyleCI config.
• style: apply spiral/code-style is a separate commit with formatting only: imports, \DateInterval FQCN, class element order in LockTest, trailing commas, EOF newlines.

The test suite gives the same result before and after the style commit (the *NegativeTtl tests depend on zend.assertions, which is unrelated to this PR).
