WhenBuilder::__construct()gained an optional trailing parameter andExpectation\ReturnContract(@internal) is new; everything else is a refusal where there was a fatal, a silent mis-specification or a lateTypeError. Satellites widen to^0.11in their own patch releases right after this tag.
