Adds /stats: component count, GitHub stars, forks, contributors and commits over the past year, a weekly commits chart, and components by category. It regenerates hourly and is linked from the footer and the sitemap.

Weekly commits are counted from the commit list rather than /stats/commit_activity, which returns 202 on a cold build and would leave the chart empty.

Traffic numbers from Tracwell can be added once there's a read key.
