Adds training-book/: Russian translation of the Tweede golf Rust training material (CC BY-SA 4.0). Covers the foundations of Rust, crate engineering, multitasking, web, FFI, Python interop and embedded. Code, identifiers and compiler output stay in English; code comments are translated. Fixed two source typos in code samples (impl bounds and the serde trait names). Slide links point to the upstream site. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Add training-book to the xtask book list so it is built and shown on the index page. - README: list the new course and note that its text is CC BY-SA 4.0 because it is derived from CC BY-SA material. - CONTRIBUTING: state the license for training-book contributions. Generate the landing page the way EmbeddedRust-Rus does: a hero, a sticky search box with tag chips, cards with a cover, tags and a read button, and sections by reading level (Мост ... Практики). - Add 8 SVG covers in covers/ (16:9, one motif per book, gradient taken from the level colour) and copy them into the build output. - Move the book table to a Book struct with level and tags; add LEVELS and TAGS tables. - Show an empty-state message when no book matches the filter. - Use a warm background so the page is distinct from EmbeddedRust-Rus, and a dark-mode button text colour with enough contrast. - Footer states the per-book licence: CC BY 4.0, training-book CC BY-SA 4.0, tooling MIT.
