Add runtime, shared-memory, QMI service, and partition-read suites with repository-standard YAML and result handling. The tests use live DT and device evidence for applicability and restore only resources activated by the test. Signed-off-by: Srikanth Muppandam <smuppand@qti.qualcomm.com>
Add core runtime, diagnostic, callback, memory-object, safe internal, and GP TEEC suites as separate validation coverage. Map qli-staging packages for Debian and Ubuntu so required clients and services are prepared while missing optional TAs remain a clear SKIP.
