Creation, replacement, patch and deletion no longer read the request. The bulk endpoint will reuse them.
A bulk operation can reference a resource that another POST of the same request creates, in its data or its path. The referenced creation runs first. A reference that cannot be resolved, such as a circular one, answers 409. A duplicate bulkId answers 400.
