Expose cited files in review checks, with revision labels and untrusted repository paths. Retain optional assessment coverage metadata and the retry deadline clock fix.
Validation: generation freshness, HTTP contracts, Ruff, mypy, tests, wheel/source builds and installed-package smoke checks pass.
