Finding decisions need a durable audit shape and stable repository identity before interactive dismissal can roll out safely across mixed application versions. This adds the compatible schema, normalizes legacy review jobs under an atomic database lock, and makes queue deduplication use the immutable GitHub repository ID while preserving old-writer compatibility.
