🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Generates release-notes/v0.5.0/ (GITHUB_RELEASE.md + RELEASE_NOTES.adoc)
from the unreleased .changelog entries, covering PRs #139, #146, #147,
#148, #149, and #152.

Also backfills .changelog/archive/v0.4.0/ for pr-123, pr-126, pr-127,
and pr-128, which shipped in v0.4.0 but were never archived — without
this they would have reappeared in every future release's notes.
