Held back until Caddy supports them: github.com/google/cel-go (v0.29+ removed interpreter.Interpretable) and github.com/KimMachineGun/automemlimit (v1 removed SetGoMemLimitWithOpts).

Updates the Go dependencies of both modules on top of the bumps that landed with #2611:
github.com/huandu/xstringsv1.6.1 → v1.6.2 andgithub.com/prometheus/commonv0.71.0 → v0.72.0, plus newergolang.org/x/crypto/x509roots/fallbackandgoogle.golang.org/genprotopseudo-versions in the Caddy module.govulncheck ./...reports no vulnerabilities affecting either module.Held back:
github.com/google/cel-gostays on v0.28.1: Caddy v2.11.4 doesn't compile against v0.29+ (interpreter.InterpretablebecameInterpretableV2, fixed upstream in chore(deps): bump cel-go and switch import to new url caddyserver/caddy#8030, not released yet).github.com/KimMachineGun/automemlimitstays on v0.7.5: v1 removedSetGoMemLimitWithOpts, which Caddy v2.11.4 uses (fixed upstream in cmd: upgrade automemlimit to v1.0.0 caddyserver/caddy#7978, not released yet).
