The Homebrew update can fail after a successful npm publish because version metadata becomes available before the release tarball. Remove the metadata-only polling step and retry the actual tarball download, including HTTP 404 and interrupted transfers, for approximately 20 minutes. Bound each transfer and the overall step; calculate SHA-256 only after a successful download.

Validation: exercised the workflow's shell block against a local HTTP server with shortened retry timings: two 404s then success, an interrupted transfer then success, and persistent 404s. Successful downloads produced the expected bytes and SHA-256; exhausted retries exited nonzero without step outputs. Workflow YAML parsing and git diff --check passed.

Fixes #255.

update-homebrew can fail after a successful publish: it waits for npm metadata, not the tarball
