Records the deployments of the Bailsec core upgrade (PR #33) on Ethereum, Base, Avalanche and HyperEVM. Only
deployments/changes, one commit per chain.On every chain SettersGovernor, Getters, Redeemer and RewardHandler are redeployed. DiamondCut, DiamondLoupe, SettersGuardian, Swapper and Surplus already had the current bytecode and are reused. A new GenericRebalancer is deployed behind the team CooperAccessManager.

setSwapRouter(the swap router stays unset), daily Chainlink feeds moved from a 24h to a 25h stale period, the new rebalancer trusted as seller, the Gelato proxies (and the former HyperEVM DAO Safe) no longer trusted.Checked on chain after execution: every facet selector routes to the address recorded here, no daily feed keeps a 24h stale period, burn and redemption quotes go through on every collateral (the Avalanche ygamiUSDC burn is paused on purpose). All new contracts are verified on the chain explorers.
